To celebrate the 15th birthday of the 3 starred Californian restaurant Manresa, his Chef David Kinch will take up residence in three French Relais & Chateaux this autumn.
September 28 and 29, he will be at the Taillevent in Paris, restaurant of Alain Solivérès and renowned for his saddle of lamb in a salt-crust. On October 4, at l’Oustau de Baumanière and the 6 of October at the Petit Nice by Gérald Passédat side.
During this gastronomic trip, David Kinch will come back to his origins and will bring his talent and his influence to the greatest chefs of our country. After he learned in France, he decides to come back to celebrate the French art of living and to enjoy this country that is one of his inspirations.
